Camp Bestival Dorset has today broken the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the Largest Disco Dance with help from popstar and Kitchen Disco queen Sophie Ellis-Bextor
Camp Bestival Dorset, the UK’s favourite family festival, has officially broken the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the Largest Disco Dance, hosted by non-other than the ultimate queen of the Kitchen Disco Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Camp Bestival curator’s Rob and Josie da Bank.In celebration of this year’s Desert Island Disco theme, on Saturday 30 July 598 Camp Bestival go-ers donned their finest sequins and headed to the festival’s dazzling giant disco ball, where family-favourite disco pop legend Sophie Ellis-Bextor gave the rallying cry to boogie their way into the record-breaking history books.
